I could not be more satisfied with my Bockmann Big Master and the professional customer service provided by Manfred. My horse loads and unloads without stress or resistance and arrives relaxed and happy.
The design is second to none, Bockmann really have thought of everything to produce a simple yet highly functional float for the larger horse. Gone are the days of lugging around an old fashioned heaving float!

The Big Master is gathering more and more friends across Australia. International dressage star Lone Jorgensen has just purchased a white Big Master and Manolo Mendez has a black one.

Here is what he says about it :

I delivered a magnificemt metallis silver Master to this customer and received her note :
"Manfred, I just wanted to say a quick thank you for the great service and a wonderful float. I have been admiring your floats for a long time and am thrilled I finally have had the opportunity to buy one. I used it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I have to say that the float was so stable and balanced I nearly forgot I was towing. 

I am blown away by how well it travels on the road - I have bumpy dirt/country roads to travel on and I did not feel the float bounce or pull the car around in any way. I transported a 2 year old horse who did not move around at all. The float is beautifully finished and I really like the thought that has gone into all of its features - particularly the safety features. 

Everyone who visits my house spends a lot of time looking over my float - horse people and even those who have no interest in horses. Everyone remarks on how beautiful the float is and how well it is put together. This is a float that will stand the distance of time - I can't imagine I will have to replace it for many, many years." Dear Manfred,
We are delighted with our Comfort float, which we bought from you 6 years ago. It is trouble-free, reliable, attractive, easy to clean, easy to maintain and it tows like a dream. It is well-balanced, easy to hitch, and cheap to tow because it is so light. The tailgate is easy for me to use (I am very slight), AND it is well designed, with plenty of grip for my two big horses. There are never any complaints from them! We keep the float outside and it still looks great. We are also delighted with the rapid response we receive from Manfred if there are any queries or requests .
